"I called a couple of places, none answered. Only HB Media. They transferred my baby video, put it on a Google Drive, and waited for me to show up the next day."

Why Broward families trust their tapes to us

Your tapes stay in Sunrise

No shipping labels. No warehouses in another state. Hand them to us, pick them up here.

Every format, in-house

VHS, VHS-C, Hi8, Video8, Digital8, MiniDV, Betamax — transferred on the pro decks that match each format.

Most orders ready next day

Not the 2-to-3 week mail-in wait. Call in the morning, drop off, often ready by tomorrow.

The Florida truth

In Florida humidity, VHS fades faster than you think.

VHS tapes start losing quality after 15 to 25 years. Most tapes from the '80s and '90s are already in the danger zone — and Broward humidity speeds it up. One day you press play and the wedding, the birthday, the voice, are gone. The good news: it's a phone call to fix.

"Dropped off a bag of old VHS-C camcorder tapes I'd been carrying around for a decade. Picked them up the next afternoon on a thumb drive."
